• Account Details: Full name, email address, and hashed authentication credentials when you register.
• Learning Progress: Completed exercises, vocabulary flashcards, quiz scores, project submissions, and certificate records.
• Voice & Speech Audio: Audio clips recorded in the browser for pronunciation evaluations (processed ephemerally and not sold or redistributed).
• Technical Telemetry: IP address, device type, browser information, and session cookies strictly for security, rate limiting, and session continuity.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Deliver interactive language lessons, AI tutor feedback, and neural speech drills.
• Verify user identity via 6-digit email OTP and authenticate admin sessions.
• Generate verifiable completion certificates for educational milestones.
• Protect our platform against bot abuse, automated attacks, and security vulnerabilities.

4. AI Processing & Third Parties

Certain features utilize trusted enterprise service providers:

• OpenAI: Used for generating exercises, roleplays, and grammar explanations under enterprise API terms (prompts are not used to train public models).
• Resend: Used exclusively to deliver transactional verification emails and login OTP codes.
• Neon (PostgreSQL): Encrypted database storage for learner progress and certifications.

5. Your Data Rights & GDPR Compliance

You retain complete control over your personal data. You have the right to request access to your records, export your portfolio, or request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
