1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PREPLINGS (operated by UPRETI FOUNDATION), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Educational Services & Free Tuition

PREPLINGS provides language education courses, AI speech and writing evaluation labs, exam preparation materials, and certificate validation. Tuition and foundational access are provided as part of the philanthropic mission of Upreti Foundation.

3. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and verification codes.
• You agree not to share accounts, impersonate others, or conduct abusive automated scraping.
• Admin accounts are subject to mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (OTP verification).

4. Academic Integrity & Certificates

Verifiable certificates issued by PREPLINGS reflect authentic completion of course milestones. Any attempt to forge, manipulate, or misrepresent completion credentials will result in immediate revocation and account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PREPLINGS and UPRETI FOUNDATION make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and curriculum accuracy, but are not liable for technical interruptions or external service outages.
